Motivation

As part of the government’s net-zero strategy, it plans to ban the installation of gas boilers in new homes from 2025 and phase out their sale to existing homes by 2035. However there is no clear pathway as to which low-carbon heating technology consumers should switch to.

Our aim at HeatMyHome is to enable consumers to make an informed decision about which low-carbon heating system best meets their requirements by simulating their home’s heating for a range of systems.
